Our story
2003
Foundation of Prosolia
It was established during a period of expansion and innovation in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on photovoltaic energy.
2007
Expansion in Europe
After expanding nationally, we broadened our horizons by diversifying into new markets such as France, Italy, and Portugal.
2009
Developments in America and Africa
We expanded our operational footprint by developing photovoltaic projects in the United States and Africa, in collaboration with third parties.
2014
New business model
Incorporation of new business lines, such as self-consumption and energy sales to the market, adapting to our clients’ needs.
2020
Transition to Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Consolidation
Foundation of Prosomnes with Omnes Capital Investment. In 2021, we consolidated our position as a key player in the transition of energy models.
2023
Key Partnerships
We received financing from EIG to drive our business and infrastructure growth.
2024
Opening New Markets and Strategic Partnerships
We began 2024 with strategic steps to consolidate our global presence. We opened new offices in Germany and Mexico, reinforcing our commitment to the international energy transition. Additionally, we have formed a strategic partnership with our investor, InfraVia, one of Europe’s leading infrastructure funds, to accelerate our global growth in clean energy. This collaboration allows us to strengthen our multi-technology project pipeline, optimize our operational capabilities, and offer innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients worldwide.
