These solar plants will allow them to save an average of 20% of the consumption at each of their production centers, which previously came from other conventional electricity sources.
Losán is a pioneer in the circular economy and sustainable management in Spain. With the installation of these two plants, they reduce CO₂ emissions equivalent to the consumption of approximately 3,000 homes per year. These projects enhance energy management at their facilities, offsetting 1,522 tonnes of CO₂.
The solar plants on Losán’s industrial rooftops have an installed capacity of 6.12 MWp and generate approximately 7,500 MWh of clean energy per year. This results in an annual saving of 1,522 tonnes of CO₂, which is equivalent to planting 181,152 trees.
