Javier Martinez Sanz, CEO of Prosolia Energy states that the Stellantis Zaragoza renewable facility is “the largest hybrid renewable project in Spain.”

The newspaper Heraldo recently published an article stating that “Stellantis Zaragoza consolidates its position as the Spanish automotive plant with the most renewables for self-consumption.”

Following the success of the first phase of its self-consumption project that Stellantis España carried out together with Prosolia Energy, a new phase has been launched which involves the installation of a new 8.01 MW photovoltaic plant, these figures together with those of the first phase indicate that the factory will have the capacity to generate a total of 16.65 MW of photovoltaic energy. It is important to highlight that this project is part of the global agreement sealed between the two companies, which includes a global self-consumption portfolio of more than 59 MW in photovoltaic and wind power plants.
